One of the best ways to improve your level of Spanish is having your own Spanish family. Students will learn how Spaniards live and talk to each other in real conversation situations. In Spain it is customary to have family conversations after dinner that can go on for hours. The students' knowledge aquired in the classroom will truely be put to the test. TV is also another chance to hear how Spaniards use spanish in everyday life.

Students will live with families that are willing to exchange their culture with others, and it is assured that they will be a very important part of the stay in San Sebastian. That is why we take special care in selecting the families we choose to host our students. Usually the houses are no further than a 20 minute walk from school making public transportation not necessary in most cases.

For every 10 students, 1 teacher will recieve a free single-room accommodation with a familie. If you would like to rent a private appartment, let us know and we will arrange a special price for you.

General conditions:

Accommodation is included for 7 nights (Sunday to Sunday) Students should leave Sunday before 12:00 If the teacher would like a private appartment, an initial 150 € security deposit will be required in advance. Any damages incured will be discounted from this amount, which will be refunded at the end of the course. Students must bring towels with them. Clean sheets are available in the host house. Houses are between 5 to 30 min from the school; walking or public transportation are the best choices. Students coming together can share a room if requested.
