ONE BEDROOM:

DOMEDU

General description:
It is a very nice studio-apartment in the old town of San sebastian on the 6th floor, under the roof. As in a lot of houses in the old town, there is no elevator.
The bedroom and living room is on the left side when you enter the apartment and the kitchen and dining room on the right side. Between both sides you find the bathroom which is the only room to close with a door, everything else is all open.
It is perfectly equipped with sheets, blankets, kitchenware, fridge, washing machine and TV.
The bed is a king-size couch bed.
it has also a terrace where you can sit outside in summer. The electricity works on 220 Volts.

Distance to the school:
The walking distance from the apartment to the school is about 20 min. and to the two beaches Zurriola and La Concha 10 min.
to the school there is also the possibility to take the bus nº 9 from the Boulevard which leaves every 20 min. and stops two minutes walking distance from the school.

Location:
The apartment is located in the old town which is an area with a lot of bars, restaurants and amenities.
There is a supermarket and small shops close by.

ILLUMBE

General description:
It is an apartment with a big room, an ample living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom is exterior facing, has a king-size bed and a wardrobe. 
It is perfectly equipped with sheets, blankets, kitchenware, fridge, washing machine and TV. There is an elevator.
There is a standard gas water heater in the kitchen. The electricity works on 220 volts.

Distance to the school:
Walking distance 30 minutes. There are buses from the center of town to the apartment that run every 8 minutes. The walking distance to La concha Beach is 20 to 30 minutes. Parking places available for extra charge.

Location:
Located in the area of Amara, a busy area where a lot of young couples live with their children. There are lots of shops, cinemas, shopping mall, bars and restaurants as well as several parks and squares where children can play. 5 minutes away from the sports main center

TWO BEDROOMS

MURDAN

General description:
This recently renovated 80 square meter flat has 1 single room with a large bed and 1 double room with two individual beds. Both rooms are exterior facing and the master bedroom has its own small balcony. There is a large kitchen with its own dining area, and a full bathroom with a bath tub, shower combination.
The kitchen has a fridge and washing machine, a dish washer, ceramic top stove with oven, microwave, dishes and all kitchenware.
It´s fully equipped with 220 Volts electricity.
Sheets are provided, but please, bring your own towels.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: exterior facing, king-size bed, big wardrobe
Bedroom 2: exterior facing with two 90cm beds

Distance to the school:
5-10 minutes.
12 minute walk to the surfer´s beach.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator.

JULOLA

General description:
This villa is located on a residential area outside of the city centre on the side of a hill. The owner lives on the ground floor, and she rents the other two. The upper floor is rented to a mother and her daughter. Your apartment is located on the first floor and it has its own independant entry.
the whole floor overlooks the outside, and it is very bright, quiet and sunny. There are two bedrooms, a living room with TV, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath tub.
The apartment has city gas heating.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: king-size bed, wardrobe
Bedroom 2: two 90 cm beds, a study table and a very big wardrobe.

Distance to the school:
30-40 minutes to school.
5 minutes walk to parking spaces on the hill surrouding the villa.
30 minutes walk to the surfer´s beach, 10 minutes by bus.

Location:
Located behind a school, close to a new suburb. There is a park very close on the hill surrounding the house. 10 minutes away there are some supermarkets, but the choice of shops is limited, as they are located on centre of town.
The best option if you come by car, is to drive to one of the biggest shopping malls of the city, as they are quite close.
The apartment is on the first floor, but the access to the villa involves quite a few stairs (first to access the garden, then your floor, and afterwards, you have stairs inside the house). Please look at the pictures carefully!

CARDIE

General description:
Newly refurbished apartment of about 70 square meters-One bathroom, a nice living room looking on an inside patio, a kitchen and two bedrooms. It is modernly decorated and the kitchen has got its oven, a microwave, a washing machine, and a fridge. The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator.

Bedroom 1: looking on an inside patio, king-size bed, big wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This room is smaller and has a normal 90 cm bed, a small wardrobe and a study table

10-15 minutes

Location:
located in the area of Gros, a busy and fashionable area, with lots of shops and the new congress building Kursaal. 10 minutes walk to either the city center or the old part of the town.3 minutes walk to the surfer’s beach.

JOSOYA

General descripcion:
It is an apartment with five bedrooms, an ample living room, a kitchen and a two bathroom. It is perfectly equipped with blankets, sheets, kitchenware, fridge, washing machine and TV. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator.
There is a standard gas water heater in the kitchen.
The electricity works on 220 Volts.

Bedrooms:
Two of the bedrooms look on the street and the other three overlook on small inside courts. Three have an individual bed and the two other are with king-size beds.
All the rooms have wardrobes.

Distance to the school:
walking distance to the school is 10 minutes. To La Concha beach also 10 minutes and to Zurriola Beach 15-20 minutes.

Location:
It is located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood in the centre of town close to the big cathedral "Buen Pastor". You will be 10 minutes away from the Old Town, the main nightlife centre.
