Ciderhouse

In the ciderhouses they offers food and cider. The cider is served directly from the oakbarrels. 15 minutes from San Sebastian in the small towns of Hernani and Renteria lies some of the best ciderhouses. The cider is stored i oakbarrels like the wine. I Spain it is most common with dry cider. It is a natural drink beacause the bubbles comes from the fruit itself, not from added carbonic acid.
