The working hours are the following:
- In winter: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
- In summer: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 / 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The eating hours are the following:
- Breakfast: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Lunch: 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
- Dinner: 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.

- Free access at the Center Koldo Mitxelena: On reservation.
- Free access at the Youth Centre Craj: It is located in Amara, near the Ice-Rink, besides the football stadium. You can also get information about the surroundings and about interesting trips. It closes at midday.
- Internet cafes: different internet cafes in every area.

- PHONE CARD: At the school reception you can buy phone cards. In the internet shops you can buy phone cards, called "Eurocity", to make international calls.

- At school: To fax abroad: 1,50 € for the first page and 0,60 € (every following page). National faxes: 0,60 € (the first page), 0,30 € (the following pages).

- You can buy stamps and envelopes at the post office or at the tobacconists.
