Our partnership with the Basque Culinary Centre, a pioneer in the world of gastronomy, offers students the opportunity to experience and participate in a customized culinary course which is taught in Spanish (or English if required). The week long course consists of 3 x 3 hour sessions.
In each session there will be an introduction to the featured recipes and a practical workshop to recreate the recipes. The workshop is taught by a qualified chef and concludes with a tasting session during which the students can sample and enjoy their culinary masterpieces.
Our first course with Basque Culinary Centre will start on June 3rd and will run weekly until the end of July. As the centre is closed in August, we will resume the course in September 2013.
The Spanish+Cooking course can be added to any Intensive Spanish course.
The required minimum of students is 6.
