In case of emergency go directly to the Hospital. If you need a specialist ask at Lacunza´s reception. Specialists in general are very expensive, especially the dentists. If you have insurance, call them before taking these steps.
Dentists: Jesús María Arizala (Phone no.: 94345.90.45). He will offer a 15% discount for students of Lacunza IH. He also speaks English and French.

The way it works:
E.U. citizens are entitled to use the local Social Security Services, but must bring the European Health Insurrance Card (EHIC) of their country. 
Citizens of other countries must check that the insurance company in their country is accepted by the Social Security in Spain.

San Sebastian is one of the safest towns in Spain. You can walk almost anywhere in town, day and night. But robberies can happen and it's better to be careful. If it happens to you, go to the Local Police (Policía Municipal) in C/ Easo 41.
