For people who grew up in a country where the mother tongue is Spanish, it is very easy to simply take the CCSE exam. Non-native people have another step that they have to follow: pass the DELE exam with an A2 level. We continue explaining in more detail what the exams consist of and how you can start applying for Spanish nationality.

What is the CCSE exam?

CCSE stands for «Constitutional and Sociocultural Knowledge of Spain». The CCSE exam has been developed by the Instituto Cervantes. The exam evaluates, through different tasks, the knowledge of the Spanish Constitution, Society and Culture of those who take part in the exam. Passing this test is one of the requirements established in Spanish law to obtain Spanish nationality.

FEDELE

Lacunza is accredited by FEDELE and, therefore, it is recognized as a quality school in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language in Spain. FEDELE is the Spanish Federation of Associations of Spanish Schools for Foreigners and is made up of seven associations, which altogether include 96 schools of Spanish as a foreign language.

Because FEDELE's objective is to guarantee the quality of Spanish teaching, they ensure that all schools offer this quality by having to pass a quality inspection to obtain the Instituto Cervantes Accredited Center seal. Without this seal, a school does not become accredited by FEDELE.

At Lacunza Spanish courses we were one of the first 10 centers in all of Spain to obtain accreditation from the Instituto Cervantes in 2002. Here You can find the list of accredited centers. This fact commits us to continue working for continuous improvement in the quality and offer of our center.
